We are raising funds to send three TCU Religion students to the Oxford Consortium for Human Rights' summer workshop, an intensive eight-day residential program led by distinguished Oxford scholars.
This year's workshop focuses on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, examining how rapid technological advancement intersects with fundamental human rights. Students will explore critical questions: How do we protect privacy and dignity in an age of AI surveillance? What does equality mean when algorithms shape access to opportunities? How can human rights frameworks adapt to technologies transforming society faster than policy can respond?
For our TCU Religion students, this opportunity is uniquely valuable. Your support will cover:
